When you purchased tickets via the ticketsource website you had the choice of either an E Ticket, Mobile Delivery or post.
Bring with you the method that you bought, ie if you bought an E Ticket print it and bring it with you, if you asked for Mobile ticket delivery bring your device and display the confirmation on it or if you had postal tickets bring them with you and you can exchange all for your wristbands on the day.
Please check your junk/spam folder as they may be in there. These would of been delivered to the email address that you registered with.
You can bring in your own picnic and soft drinks.
We just do not allow alcohol to be brought in as it is stipulated in our license that none is to be brought into site. We will be carrying out full bag checks on the gate and will confiscate any alcohol that is found.
We have many bars his year and you will find that queues are at a minimum.
No animals are permitted into the festival arena.
Guide Dogs etc to be arranged in advance with festival organisers.
There is no parking on site or anywhere around the site.
We suggest that if you need to drive to the event that a safe and legal parking space is soughf. If you are meeting with friends that live in the village maybe ask to park at their house and then walk to the festival site.
Public transport links from all major transport hubs is readily available... bus, train or taxi.
Parking will only be given to those with special requirements and by prior arrangement.
We will not be allowing any gazebos or tents other than the pitches sold via the website.
Please do not bring them if you haven’t got a pre arranged pitch as you will be refused entry with them.
